Evidence based prescribing vs precision medicine

CME: An introduction to pharmacogenomics

One size doesn't fit all and neither does a single dose.

Pharmacogenomics (PGx) introduces precision based prescribing to your patients, avoiding some of the guess work and complications associated with current evidence based approaches to managing complex medications for many conditions including diabetes, smoking cessation, mental health and pain management.

Join Ventures for an evening with visiting expert Sam Mostafa from MyDNA, Australia and get an insight into how PGx tools will be made available to you and your patients alongside new electronic prescribing tools and enhanced patient portals.

The evening is designed to introduce you to PGx based prescribing, overview a number of tools and show you how to access resources and supports for your patients.
