It's been a busy quarter for Xcrania, with multiple projects on the go and daily business as usual tasks keeping the team on their toes. Here's a 'by the numbers' glimpse at what's been busying the team during the last three months:
First practice jumps aboard Xcrania Anywhere
Last quarter, Xcrania announced it was launching a new, modern cloud-based IT solution, Xcrania Anywhere, specifically designed to support the IT needs for Primary Healthcare - anywhere.
This quarter, Thach and his team are thrilled to announce they have started on-boarding the first Pinnacle MHN practice to Xcrania Anywhere.
Xcrania manager, Thach Tran, describes Xcrania Anywhere is a full IT package that includes Pinnacle MHN's new patient management system, indici, as well as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Skype for Business, emails, modern hardware, access to files, and the latest operating system.
Significant progress has been made to on-board the first practice. Already, the Xcrania team has: upgraded all the practice's hardware to modern hardware with the latest operating system; migrated Microsoft Exchange emails to Microsoft Office 365; carried out one-point lessons to instruct users; and given patients secure WiFi access.
The next steps are to enable Microsoft OneDrive for Business to store personal files, enable access to Microsoft SharePoint online as a file sharing system, and implement Microsoft Teams to allow for document sharing and collaboration.
Thach said there are multiple practices on the waiting list for Xcrania Anywhere, and the next on-board will take place next month.
