Dianne Mulhern

Dianne Mulhern graduated from Waikato Polytechnic with a bachelor degree in nursing and midwifery. She has since completed a diploma in auditing.

Her career started as a health assistant and went on to train in the hospital system as an enrolled nurse before registering. Dianne worked as a midwife at Birthcare Huntly where she took on the role of quality manager and health and safety manager for the Birthcare group. This lead onto health auditing and she undertook compliance auditing for a Quality Health - auditing the health and disability sector standards. Since 2003 she has been auditing DHB contracts.

As well as auditing part time, Dianne owns and operates businesses with her husband in New Zealand, working with a diverse group of people from start up to sale of businesses. This has given her vast experience in strategic and financial planning, management and implementation of systems and processes to meet both internal and external standards.
