Murray Gutry

Murray is the chairman of the Midlands Health Network board.

Based in Hamilton, Murray runs his own company which includes several professional directorships across a broad range of industries. These include the Perry Group, Perry Metal protection, Aqualine Products Limited, Sport New Zealand, Waikato Quarries, Lion Foundation, Adastra Foundation and St Paul's Collegiate.

Murray was the chief executive of the Perry Group and Sport Waikato for a number of years, represented New Zealand in athletics for 10 years and played rugby for Waikato. Murray is a trained teacher and also has postgraduate business qualifications from Waikato University.
