Primary care information sharing - overview and next steps

Te Whatu Ora Health NZ is inviting PHOs and general practices to join a national webinar to hear the latest updates on upcoming primary care information sharing initiatives and planned next steps.

The webinar will provide an update on key information sharing initiatives, including the Shared Digital Health Record, the Primary Care Health Target and the National Primary Care Dataset, and outline next steps for timeframes, implementation, supporting information sharing agreements, and available funding.
