Q1 performance-based capitation payments for six-week immunisations

Quarter 1 (July to September) performance-based capitation payments for six-week immunisations will be processed on 20 November 2026. These payments recognise practice performance in supporting timely six-week childhood immunisations and form part of the wider primary care funding approach to improve immunisation coverage and health outcomes for pēpi and whānau.
