Reminder: patient experience survey – upcoming survey week

The patient experience survey week runs 18 November to 9 December. Eligible patients seen during the sample period will receive an invite to take part over the following weeks. Please ensure resources are displayed and staff are prepared for any patient questions.

Important: If you have portal access, please complete any contact requests from patients promptly. You will receive reminders by email, and action needs to be completed through the data collection portal.
