Your quit coach will support you with advice and encouragement to boost your motivation to quit and develop the ability to resist your urge to smoke ever again. Your quit coach could be a local doctor or an expert working in the community. Coaching sessions can be in your home, at your medical practice or somewhere local where you feel comfortable. Your quit coach can support you with free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), if appropriate. NRT aims to reduce the intensity of withdrawal and suppress your urge to smoke.

If you’re pregnant and smoking, we can help you quit. Being smokefree can make sure you and your baby are both healthy.

We realise pregnant mums need a specific type of help. That’s why we can fit you into a pregnant mums quit smoking group or one-on-one session to suit your needs.

We are happy to run a group for your friends or family within your home, or with your work mates in your workplace.
