Te Puna Mātauranga — our Practice Update Dashboard

If you require access to the dashboard, please contact the Practice Support Administrator – Shannon Poupard-Rupapera for access.

Once you are set up in the system, you will receive a system generated email asking you to set your password. Please action as soon as possible, as the link will expire.

Please use the same email you receive the information on.

Log in to the dashboard at https://portal.pinnacle.co.nz/login (it is a good idea to bookmark this page), or by clicking on Te Puna Mātauranga – members' portal link in the top right of any web page ...

 ... or on the bottom left of any web page.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a home page named Dashboard. There will be links to the left-hand side which consist of practice details, opening hours, fees, and practice staff. These will be the options you select for updating the respective information.

If you are managing more than one practice, you’ll see a dropdown menu option on the right side allowing you select one to review.

To update information, click into the required field on the right side to review and edit any information. Click update at the bottom of each page when you are done.

When updating practice staff, please ensure the following:

• All details are current and up to date. Click Edit to view their full details and make changes.

• For new staff who are not on the list, click Add staff and enter all the required information.

• For staff who have left, click Mark as left and add their leaving date.

• Once you have completed the review for your practice(s), please click the Completed quarterly review button to let us know.

📌 Please note that the Review complete button is only available to click during the review period (last six weeks of the quarter). However, you are still able to continue updating practice and staff details outside of this period.

At minimum, we need you to login and review your information quarterly for regional and national reporting purposes. There is a designated time period for the updates to be completed and confirmed, with reminders being sent to all dashboard users on upcoming timelines.

But please remember, you can log in and make changes at any time. We recommend getting into the habit of updating your staff list as part of your onboarding and offboarding processes.

Keeping staff info up to date as you go means less of an admin chore for you each quarter, and it also helps share important sector and network news with your team in a timely way.
