One of our quit coaches will get in touch, and together you set a quit date. - Your quit coach will give you advice and support to help you fight cravings and be successful. - You can also join us on Facebook for more motivation and support.
If you are still smokefree four weeks after your quit date you receive a $50 voucher — or up to $300 in vouchers if you are pregnant.
Your quit coach will support you with advice and encouragement to boost your motivation to quit and develop the ability to resist the urge to smoke. Your quit coach could be a local doctor or an expert working in the community. Coaching sessions can be in your home, at your medical practice or somewhere local where you feel comfortable.
Your quit coach can support you with free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), if appropriate. NRT reduces the intensity of withdrawal and suppresses the urge to smoke.
If you're pregnant and smoking, we can help you quit. Being smokefree means you and your baby are both healthier.
We know pregnant mums need a specific kind of help, so we can fit you into a pregnant mums quit smoking group, or a one-on-one session to suit your needs.
Group sessions are a great motivation to quit. They give you a chance to share your experiences with others who also want to become smokefree.
